TVO Story
True Vine Outreach Church has been actively involved with the greater Tulsa community since 1995. True Vine took a hiatus to support other ministries. In 2018 the time had come for TVO to grow the TVO's ministry. Pastor's Kelvin and Monica Gibbs have a passion for people. TVO welcomes everyone, all walks of life, without judgment.
